Now drawing blood for lab orders, for patients with insurances we accept, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday and until 2:30 PM on Friday. Closed from 12:00 Noon to 1:30 PM daily for lunch. No appointment is necessary and most insurances are accepted. LabCorp and Quest are the labs that pick up specimens from us. |

Patient Logs for tracking Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Exercise and Diet are available for download. Patients, please fill in the columns that apply to you and return to Dr. Carney's office by bringing to your next appointment, sending via regular mail or faxing to (512) 295-4777.
There are two versions of the form. One is a PDF file you can print and write on. The other is an Excel spreadsheet you can fill in with your computer and then print.
