This building is located in a high income demographic area of Hays County. For additional referrals there are three Primary Care physicians in this office complex. There is also Pediatric Junction with a couple pediatricians, less than two miles away. Leasing:
Our building currently has three exam rooms available as well as a physicians office with easy access to the exam rooms. There is also another suite available now with a separate entrance, private bathroom and two rooms and a waiting/office area. We also have other Exam Rooms available to be sub-leased. Specialists are very welcome!
Included in the lease arrangements are: - Receptionist desk can greet and direct all visitors

Sublease / Timeshare:
Some specialists may require one room and others may require two rooms. We can be flexible. We have three exam rooms that are fully set up with computers, exam tables, chairs, printer, etc… We have one exam room with no computer or printer in it but everything else is there. For that room the physicians could bring their own computer and we could plug it into the High Speed Internet on a secure segmented network. All of these Exam Rooms are ready to examine patients in now and are the exam rooms that we use for seeing patients, and for our patient education videos. We also have completely empty rooms that can be set up as the demand builds. We are asking $125.00 for two rooms for an afternoon or a morning. This does not include any staffing. We believe most specialists will want to staff their room but we could also provide them an MA for an additional charge. We can also have patients call our office to schedule although we assume most specialists will want to schedule their own appointments. We have a receptionist that can greet the specialist’s patients and direct them to the waiting room and let the specialist know that their patients have arrived either by knocking on their door or using our internal Instant Messenger.
We are also able to be flexible on the frequency and will endeavor to work with the schedule of the specialist. Many may only want to come once a month, others twice a month, etc... We would be happy to consider once a week as well. Specialists will have the option to use our high speed corporate printer that also creates PDFs from paper files Upstairs Space Available
We also have space available upstairs for administrative, and other uses. The upstairs space is not wheel chair accessible. It is a very large and very nice space. The rates are low.
