VRT Fitness specializes in body composition and overall health and fitness for both youth and adults. VRT offers “Boot Camp” sessions (group training classes) in four week intervals which provides personal training, but in a group environment. One-on-one personal training is also available. Training is provided in Buda City Park and at their location on FM 967, west of FM 1626.
